The Challenge
"A UAE job portal connects employers with job seekers across the Emirates. Job seekers need to find relevant roles fast and apply with a strong CV, and employers need an easy way to post jobs and manage who applies."
A job portal lives or dies on search: people need to filter by emirate, sector and job type, and the portal needs its job and category pages to be found on Google. It also had to give job seekers a reason to come back, with free tools, and keep employers' hiring simple.
Our Approach
We built the portal in Next.js with a Node.js backend: the job seeker experience, the CV builder and salary insights tool, the employer side for posting jobs and managing applicants, and the backend, admin panel, job alerts and SEO-friendly job and category pages behind it.
