    The Challenge

"A US remote-hiring platform connects growing companies with pre-screened talent from around the world. Screening and matching candidates by hand doesn't scale, and employers want to see and hear a candidate before spending time on an interview."

The platform had to take an employer's request, assess candidates fairly, match them to the role, let employers review recorded video answers, and move the best people on to live interviews, while the marketing site kept new employers coming in.

    Our Approach

We built the platform in Next.js with a NestJS API, covering the full hiring flow from job request to interview scheduling. Around it we built AI-based candidate assessment and matching, one-way video interviews, and the marketing website with lead capture for employers.

    What we built

The hiring platform (job requests, candidate profiles, shortlists and interview scheduling), AI assessment and role matching, one-way video interviews that employers review on their own time, and the marketing website with employer lead capture.

  1. Employer job requests
  2. Candidate profiles
  3. AI-based candidate assessments
  4. Matching candidates to roles
  5. One-way video interviews
  6. Shortlists and interview scheduling
  7. Marketing website with lead capture

The hiring flow, end to end

Hiring breaks down in the hand-offs. We built one platform that carries a role from the employer's request, through candidate profiles and a shortlist, to scheduling live interviews, so nothing gets lost between steps.

    • Job requests from employers
    • Candidate profiles
    • Shortlists for each role
    • Interview scheduling

    AI assessment and matching

Screening every candidate by hand doesn't scale. We built AI-based assessments and matching that help identify candidates whose skills fit the role, so people spend their time on the strongest matches.

    • AI-based candidate assessments
    • Matching candidates to roles
    • Shortlists built from the strongest matches

    One-way video interviews

Employers want to see and hear a candidate before booking an interview. Candidates record answers to interview questions, and employers review them whenever suits them, across time zones.

    • Recorded video answers from candidates
    • Reviewed by employers on their own schedule
    • Works across time zones

    Marketing website and lead capture

The platform needs a steady flow of new employers. We built the marketing website with lead capture, so interested companies can get in touch and start a hiring request.

    • Marketing website for employers
    • Lead capture for new hiring requests

    The Outcome

The client runs its remote hiring on a platform that assesses and matches candidates with AI, lets employers watch recorded answers before they interview, and brings new employers in through its website.
