Stack Highlights
The Challenge
"An Australian SaaS platform helps marketing teams and agencies plan, approve and publish social content across many networks. As an established product with paying customers, it needed a partner who could ship across the web app, the mobile app, AI features and the integrations with each social network, without slowing the teams who rely on it every day."
Social media tools sit on top of networks whose APIs, limits and rules keep changing. Posts have to go out at the right time in the right time zone, teams need sign-off before anything goes live, metrics have to come back from every network, and comments and messages need to land in one place.
Our Approach
We worked across the stack: product features in the Next.js web app, the React Native mobile app, Node.js services, AI features, and the integrations with social network APIs. That meant we could take a feature from the interface through to how it publishes, reports or syncs with each network.
What we built
Work across four product areas, scheduling and auto-publishing, approvals and collaboration, analytics and reporting, and the social inbox, plus AI features for content creation and the mobile app.
How it fits together

Scheduling and auto-publishing
A scheduled post is a promise: it has to go out at the right moment, in the right time zone, on a network whose API and limits can change. We worked on scheduling and auto-publishing, where every post has to reach the right network at the right time.
- Scheduling across time zones
- Auto-publishing through social network APIs
- Keeping up with changing network APIs
Approvals and collaboration
Agencies and larger teams can't let content go live without sign-off. We worked on the approval and collaboration flows that let teams review, comment on and approve content before it's published.
- Review and sign-off before publishing
- Team collaboration on content
- Workflows for agencies managing many clients
Analytics and reporting
Marketing teams need to show what worked. We worked on analytics and reporting, bringing performance data back from social networks and turning it into reports teams can use.
- Metrics pulled from social networks
- Reports for teams and clients
Social inbox
Comments, messages and mentions arrive on every network separately. We worked on the social inbox that brings them together, so a team can respond from one place.
- Comments, messages and mentions in one inbox
- Responding without switching between networks
Mobile app and AI features
Alongside the web app, we worked on the React Native mobile app and on AI features that help teams as they create content.
- React Native mobile app
- AI features for content creation
The Outcome
The platform continues to serve marketing teams and agencies, with DevForge contributing for more than a year across its web app, mobile app, AI features and social network integrations.
