"A UAE online insurance marketplace lets people compare and buy cover from several insurers in one place. Every insurer has its own systems, so turning their products into one simple journey, from quote to paid policy, is the hard part."
Car and health insurance each need their own questions, pricing and documents. The platform had to collect the right details, get live quotes from multiple insurers, compare them fairly, take payment, issue the policy and documents, and bring customers back at renewal.
Our Approach
We worked on the web platform in React, built the iOS and Android apps in React Native, and worked on the .NET backend behind them, including the integrations with insurers' systems for live quotes, policy issuance and documents, the payment gateway, and the policy data, renewals and notifications that keep customers covered.

Car and health insurance ask very different questions. We worked on separate quote journeys for each, collecting the details every insurer needs and turning them into quotes customers can compare side by side.

People compare insurance on a laptop and renew it on their phone. We built the iOS and Android apps in React Native alongside the React web platform, so the same quote, purchase and policy journeys work wherever the customer starts.

Integrating many insurers
A marketplace is only as good as its connections. We built integrations with multiple insurers' systems for live quotes, policy issuance and policy documents, so a customer gets a real price and a real policy, not a lead passed on by email.

Payments and the policy lifecycle
Buying the policy is the start, not the end. We integrated the payment gateway and built the backend for policy data, renewals and notifications, so customers can pay online, keep their policy details in one place and hear from the marketplace when cover is due.
