    The Challenge

"A real estate agent serving a large Canadian metro area needed a website that did more than look good. Buyers wanted to browse listings, sellers wanted to know why to list with her, and people searching for homes in a specific city needed to find her site at all."

The site had to show buy, rent and sold listings from a listings feed, give every city in the area its own page for local search, and turn visitors into enquiries and booked meetings, all while staying fast.

    Our Approach

We designed and built the site in Next.js, hosted on Vercel, with service pages for buyers, sellers and investors. Listings come in from a listings feed onto buy, rent and sold pages, each city gets its own landing page, and contact forms and meeting booking send enquiries straight to the agent.

    What we built

The full website: design and build, service pages for buyers, sellers and investors, listings integration with search and property pages, city landing pages for local search, and lead capture with contact forms and meeting booking.

    Listings from a live feed

For an agent, current listings are the reason people come back. We integrated a listings feed into buy, rent and sold pages, with search and a page for each property, so the site stays current without the agent updating it by hand.

    • Buy, rent and sold listings
    • Listing search
    • A page for each property

City landing pages for local search

People search for homes by city, not by agent. We built a landing page for each city in the area the agent serves, so buyers searching locally can find listings and the agent in the same place.

    • A landing page for each city served
    • Built to be found in local search
    • Linked from a homes-for-sale-by-city directory

    Lead capture and booking

Every page leads somewhere: a contact form or a meeting booking. We built lead capture across the site so enquiries from buyers, sellers and investors reach the agent directly.

    • Contact forms across the site
    • Meeting booking
    • Enquiries sent straight to the agent

Design for buyers, sellers and investors

Buyers, sellers and investors arrive with different questions. We designed separate service pages for each, alongside testimonials and an introduction to the agent, so every visitor finds a reason to get in touch.

    • Service pages for buying, selling and investing
    • Testimonials from clients
    • An introduction to the agent

    The Outcome

The agent has a fast website that shows current listings, reaches people searching city by city, and turns visits into enquiries and booked meetings.
